In the event that party rental items are damaged or stained during your event, please inform us as soon as possible. Our team will assess the extent of the damage or staining, and you may be charged for any necessary repairs or replacements. We understand that accidents can happen, and we appreciate your timely reporting of any issues to help us ensure the quality of our rental items.

Yes, you can make last-minute additions or changes to your party rental order up to 48 hours before the scheduled day of delivery, subject to item availability. This includes tent upgrades or downgrades.
If you realize you need additional items or want to modify your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests and update your order accordingly. Keep in mind that last-minute changes are subject to availability, so it's a good practice to reach out to us well in advance of your event to ensure that we can meet your requirements. We're here to help you create the perfect party setup.
Note: Requests to remove a tent from your order will be treated as a tent cancellation and our 'cancellation policy' will apply to that item. The rest of your order will be unaffected and resume as booked.
