You will be provided with our clear and customer-focused rental policies, upon booking.

Below are concise overviews covering payments, cancellations, deliveries, and order changes for easy reading and stress-free event planning.

  • A 25% non-refundable down payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Final payment is expected after all rented items have been delivered and inspected by the Lessee. All charges are subject to final audit, and Lessee authorizes any additional adjustments to be billed. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest fee (minimum $5.00), along with collection fees, attorney fees, and court costs, if applicable. Lessee remains responsible for all charges if payment by a third party fails.

  • Any changes to your order must be requested several days before delivery to allow for proper planning. Additions to the order requiring setup, knockdown, or changes during delivery may incur extra fees. All equipment must be assembled, knocked down, and placed in the same delivery location for pickup. If not, additional labor fees will apply.
